Período

I propose 5 years at the level of Impact, since that is the minimum time likely necessary to effect significant change. It is understood that Al Sur may NOT in fact commit to five years of work in any particular area, but a five year thought-horizon is a useful "aspirational" time frame.

The pratical period of the strategy will be guided by two considerations: what do members believe is appropriate for a) a network like Al Sur and b) the time needed to achieve outcomes, and what is "requiree" (if anything) from your commitments to various funders.

Marco y niveles

Thoughts on the framework (essentially a simple "logical framework"). including the "levels", the granularity, of the strategy. Do we need to go "deeper", more specific, thatn Ooutcomes? Do we need to specify actual "products" ("outputs") expected? Budget estimates, activities....?

The examples given are for one way of defining axes - for example in response to threats or along generally accepted lines of digital rights work. Of course, there is an entirely different way of defining axes, given in the bottom examples... Stephen (discusión)
