Internet access and use in Latin America will be broadly equitable, with a particular focus on ensuring that vulnerable and traditionally marginalized people can fully participate in digital life and access opportunities.
Las organizaciones de Al Sur promoverán soluciones para que el acceso, uso y aprovechamiento de internet, como derecho de todas las personas, sea ampliamente equitativo, con enfoque participar para garantizar que las personas en situación de vulnerabilidad y tradicionalmente marginadas puedan participar plenamente en la vida digital y acceder a oportunidades.
